How much does it cost?
Our pricing varies as we always take into consideration the size and complexity of your project. We take the time to quote your project so there are no nasty surprises.
What will I receive?
Your concept plan or render will be issued to you as a digital copy sent to your preferred email.
Can I use these plans to build from?
The plans that Drafti provides are conceptual in nature and do not take into account or allow for the following: building permit requirements, town planning requirements, engineering requirements, planning overlays / zoning. The issued plans are concept only and cannot be used as working drawings. They are however a great way to communicate with your builder / trades exactly what you are wanting.
How long does it take?
We strive to have your plans completed within 1-2 weeks. This is dependant on current workload. Once we have reviewed your project we will give you an accurate estimated time of completion.
What information should I provide?
The greater the amount of information, the better. Please provide any available floor plans and sketches. Additionally, inform us about the key priorities for your project. For instance, whether it's crucial to accommodate double basins in the ensuite or incorporate a highlight window above the bed.
How many changes can I make?
For each project fee we allow for 2 small changes to the floor plan. Additional changes will incur extra cost. You can also make as many changes as you like using our RenoRuler, the ultimate design tool.
