Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5 work days to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 days using Australia Post.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lg@drafti.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
